What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and understand how you use the site. Similar technologies, such as scripts that read or store information on your device, are covered by this policy too.
How We Use Cookies
When you first visit, a small banner at the bottom of the screen asks for your choice. Until you accept, we set no optional cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads do not load at all. "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all", and you can choose analytics and advertising separately under Settings. We remember your choice for 6 months, then ask again.
If you withdraw consent, we delete the optional cookies our site can reach and reload the page so the tools stop.
Essential Cookies
These are strictly necessary and are always on: one remembers your cookie choice, three let you keep checking Tube, billboard and bus calculator prices for 4 hours after you unlock them, and others keep you signed in to a password-protected client proposal or to our staff pages. They are not used for analytics or advertising.
Analytics Cookies
Only with your consent. We use Google Analytics (G-E1HPMH49K8) to understand how visitors use our website: pages visited and time spent, how you arrived (search engine, direct, referral or ad), approximate location (city level), and device, browser and operating system. We also keep a first-party cookie, mo_attr, with how you first found us, so it can be attached to a later enquiry. Enquiries themselves are stored in our own lead system (HQ) and in our email.
Advertising Cookies
Only with your consent. We use Google Ads (AW-411091250) to see which of our ads led to an enquiry, a phone call or an AdBike booking. If you arrived from one of our Google ads, Google may show a Google forwarding number in place of our phone number so it can tell us that a call came from the ad; your call reaches us in the same way. If you send us an enquiry, a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address goes to Google so it can match the enquiry to the ad. With your advertising consent, Google Ads cookies also let us show our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing). When you call a Google forwarding number, Google tells us the time and length of the call and your area code, not your full number.
Cookieless Measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; to count visits Vercel uses a hash of your IP address and browser details that it discards within 24 hours.

Google may also set cookies on its own domains when its tools load, under its own policies. Durations are the providers' stated maximums; you can delete cookies at any time in your browser.
We stopped using HubSpot tracking and Microsoft Clarity in September 2026. Our pages delete the cookies they left on our site from an earlier visit (such as __hstc, hubspotutk, _clck and _clsk). Cookies they set on their own websites can be deleted in your browser settings.
One page, /fan-support-campaign, shows an embedded Google map. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, under Google's privacy policy. Our pages also load web fonts from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google but sets no cookies.
Managing Cookies
The simplest way to change your choice is , at the bottom of every page. You can also control cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser
Blocking the strictly necessary cookie means the banner will ask for your choice on each visit.
